The Faculty of Education invites applications for the position of Associate Professor/Assistant Professor/Senior Instructor in Educational Administration and School Leadership.

Qualifications
The Faculty of Education invites applications for an open-rank (Associate Professor/Assistant Professor/Senior Instructor) position in the field of Educational Administration and School Leadership. The ideal candidate should (1) hold a strong initial degree and a doctoral degree (or nearing completion) in Educational Administration or a related field from international renowned university, (2) have amassed substantial practical experience in school management, policy implementation, and community engagement, (3) demonstrate expertise in teaching, particularly effective student supervision and successful pedagogical outcomes.
The selected candidate is expected to assume duty in August 2024
Remuneration
A taxable annual remuneration starting from MOP1,052,800 (approximately USD129,980) for the position of Associate Professor, MOP855,400 (approximately USD105,600) for the position of Assistant Professor and MOP611,940 (approximately USD75,550) for the position of Senior Instructor will be commensurate with the successful applicants’ academic qualification and relevant professional experience. The current local maximum income tax rate is 12% but is effectively around 5% – 7% after various discretionary exemptions.
