The Faculty of Education invites applications for the position of Full/Associate Professor in Educational Psychology.
The Faculty of Education offers Bachelor, Master, and Ph.D. programmes in various areas of education. Details about the Faculty of Education are available at https://www.um.edu.mo/fed/. The Faculty of Education strives to become a leading institution for teacher education and educational research in Macao, the Greater China Region, and beyond.
An earned doctorate degree in Educational Psychology or related areas with solid evidence for teaching/research/service. Preference will be given to the candidates with experience in quantitative data analyses and statistical software packages. Priority consideration will be given to those with a strong record of publications in competitive related refereed journals (e.g., SSCI, SCI or A&HCI indexed journals) in the relevant disciplines.
The selected candidate is expected to assume duty in August 2022.
A taxable annual remuneration starting from MOP1,019,200 (approximately USD125,830) will be commensurate with the successful applicants’ academic qualification and relevant professional experience. The current local maximum income tax rate is 12% but is effectively around 5% – 7% after various discretionary exemptions.
