The State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor in the following discipline:

Analog and Radio Frequency (RF) CMOS circuits design, especially wideband RF receivers and transmitters.

The excellent research results in Microelectronics of the University have led to the establishment of the State Key Laboratory of Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI. The Laboratory represents the national’s most important silicon design center, in the specific field of research in analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit designs with an aim to build and develop a highly-qualified technical and human infrastructure.


  1. A PhD degree in Microelectronics;
  2. A track record of recognized publications (e.g., JSSC, ISSCC, IEEE Transactions) and relevant teaching experience;
  3. English is the working language, while knowledge in Chinese/Portuguese will be an advantage.

The selected candidate is expected to assume duty in December 2018 or January 2019.

Position and Remuneration
Remuneration and appointment rank offered will be competitive and commensurate with the successful applicants’ academic qualification, current position and professional experience. The current local maximum income tax rate is 12% but is effectively around 5% – 7% after various discretionary exemptions.
